Do I need a license to try The Sprinter?
No. The EA runs completely free on demo accounts and in the MT5 Strategy Tester. A license is only required to trade on a live account.
How does activation work?
Attach the EA to a chart on your live MT5 account and paste your key into the License Key input. The key locks to that account number automatically on first use. You'll also need to allow WebRequest for our license server URL under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors (the EA prints the exact URL if it's missing).
Can I use one license on two accounts?
No — one license serves exactly one live account. If you trade several accounts, buy one license per account from your dashboard. You can own as many licenses as you need.
I changed brokers / account numbers. Can I move my license?
Yes. Contact support from your account email and we'll release the key so it can bind to your new account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
MTN and Airtel Mobile Money in Uganda, M-Pesa in Kenya, and stablecoins everywhere else — USDT (ERC-20, Polygon/USDT0, TRC-20) and USDC (ERC-20, Polygon, Base). Keys are issued automatically the moment payment confirms.
What happens if your license server is down?
Nothing dramatic. The EA keeps trading for 72 hours from its last successful check, and it never abandons managing your open positions.
Which pairs and timeframes does it work on?
It's designed for liquid FX majors and metals on M5–M30. All parameters are ATR-scaled, so it adapts to the symbol — but always validate settings in the strategy tester first, which is free.
Is trading with The Sprinter risk-free?
No. All trading involves substantial risk of loss. The Sprinter enforces stop losses and ATR-based sizing, but no EA can guarantee profits. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
